Look, I hate asbestos-related deaths as much as the next guy, but the fact is asbestos doesn’t kill people. People kill people. So we can’t just ban the use of asbestos altogether; that’s an infringement on my right to bear minerals. And we all know that personal freedoms are completely inalienable in all cases, regardless of how much harm we could prevent through government control. What we really need is MORE asbestos.
